    • Most domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.

    • All Australian orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia. During sale, holiday and back-to-school periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above. If you are in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for delivery.
    • Goods will be delivered on business days; no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays
    • We mainly deliver via StarTrack. Please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@spencil.com.au for updates on your delivery in the event it has not arrived within 10 business days.

    Other Important Information:

    While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by the carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, adverse weather etc). In addition, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after the order is dispatched.
