Shipping & Delivery

 

At Spencil we make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

When placing your order, you will be able to opt to pre-order or pay for immediate dispatch. If you place a pre-order, your order will be dispatched once the stock arrives into our warehouse. If the items are in-stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. In peak periods, such as new season stock landing, Christmas or Back to School, your trade orders are a top priority, however it may take a little longer.

A few things to know about your delivery:

  • All orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia.
  • During sale, holiday and back-to-school periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above.
  • If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for shipping.
  • Goods will be delivered on business days - no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

Do you ship internationally for stockists?

What are your shipping costs?

We offer free delivery on orders of $1,500 (ex GST) or more*.

Freight fees for orders under $1,500 (ex GST) are charged by the value of the order, with a minimum shipping charge of $25.

*We reserve the right to assess the cost of freight to regional and remote locations. If your freight is to be reassessed, you will be advised prior to dispatch.

How can I track my order?

You can only begin to track your order after it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us which includes your consignment tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please call us on +61 7 5464 3745 or email us at hello@spencil.com.au with your order number and the new address. It may not always be possible, however, we’ll try our best to update your shipping address. 

Other Important Information:

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by the carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, adverse weather etc). In addition, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after the order is dispatched.
